Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal) preferred.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair preferred.
• Depending on property, a valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clearing out and preparing vacant units for new residents according to site procedures.
• Perform make-ready repairs and touch-ups, including painting as needed.
• Complete service requests per move-in checklists and inspect units.
• Assist with inventory of supplies and coordinate with supervisor.
• Support preventive maintenance projects and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and team members.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
