Job summary

MAA Frisco Bridges is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to perform essential maintenance and ensure apartments are ready for new residents. You will handle general upkeep and coordinated tasks to keep the property in top condition, including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.

This role supports preparing homes for move-in and maintaining common areas with a hands-on, team-oriented approach. MAA emphasizes competitive benefits, workforce development, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order.
• Prepare empty apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

An Apartment Make Ready Technician ensures that empty apartment homes are fully prepared for future residents. Responsibilities include preparing apartment homes for move-in including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
