Job summary

MAA Promenade in Westminster, CO is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and property facilities. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and locks, and follow a preventative maintenance schedule while updating residents after service.

EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry and locks.
• Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule and communicate with residents after repairs are complete.
