Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents, performing painting, repairs, appliance tests, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and cleaning to company standards.

Work is onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Requires 1+ year in maintenance or turnover work and a HS diploma; lifting up to 50 lbs and driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/ turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) including painting, fixture replacement, testing appliances, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet safety and quality standards prior to move-in.
• Support maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance and property upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members throughout the community.
