Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician at Chase Knolls in Sherman Oaks, CA. The role focuses on preparing vacant apartments for new residents through maintenance, repairs, painting, and cosmetic upgrades to company standards, ensuring move-in readiness and a positive first impression.

The position is full-time, daytime shift, with occasional on-call weekends based on business needs. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience and a High School diploma

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance or turnover experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work including painting, repairs, fixture replacement, testing, and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet safety and quality standards before move-in.
• Support maintenance with ongoing repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members across the property.
