Pickwick Farms Apartments in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to restore vacated units to market-ready condition and maintain overall property upkeep.

You will work with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs, inspections, and painting, ensuring safety and quality across units and common areas. HVAC and EPA certifications, plus a valid driver’s license, are required for this full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• EPA certification required.
• 2 years property maintenance experience required.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect vacated apartments and restore to market-ready status.
• Replace or repair windows, latches, doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closet doors.
• Check appliances and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist with painting, drywall repair, and patching.
• Maintain a safe work environment per guidelines.
