Management Support is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Sky at Chandler Airpark in Chandler, AZ. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week with rotating weekend coverage and an hourly pay rate of $22.00–$24.00. Compensation is based on experience and performance.

Qualificações

• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and climb stairs without elevator.
• Valid driver's license with basic auto insurance verification.

Responsabilidades

• Make ready vacant units and complete service requests.
• Respond to preventive and routine maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain and secure property equipment and tools after use.
• Ensure work areas are secured when unoccupied.
