Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Make Ready Technician for the Villas on Hampton Avenue in Mesa, AZ. The role involves performing make-ready tasks for vacant units and handling preventive maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 with a full-time 40-hour schedule and rotating weekends. Experience in trades is welcome, and we offer training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred, not required.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if there is no elevator.
• Current driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
• Understand and follow written policies.
• Work under direction of your Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Promptly and expertly attend to preventive and routine maintenance.
• Maintain property owned equipment and tools and ensure they are properly secured after each use.
• Ensure all work areas are secured per policy when they are not occupied.
• Complete service requests assigned for vacant units (make ready).

We have a Make Ready Technician position at our Management Support property with [266] apartment units.

We are looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills will yield high productivity and advancement within our company. We can train applicants with prior experience in the trades, as well as applicants that have prior maintenance experience at other multifamily management companies. Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance.

Hourly pay rate is $21.00 - $24.00. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours, with rotating weekend coverage. Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
