Job summary

Welcome Home Management (WHM) is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Adelphi Dallas property in Dallas, TX. You will perform maintenance tasks to prepare rental units for occupancy, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installations.

You will inspect units, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure timely completion while keeping accurate records. The ideal candidate has prior Make Ready or similar experience, strong repair knowledge, and the ability

Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect rental units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants.
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Communicate with property managers and maintenance team to coordinate work schedules.
