Job summary

Welcome Home Management (WHM) is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Adelphi Dallas property in Dallas, TX. You will perform maintenance tasks to prepare rental units for occupancy, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installations.

You will inspect units, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure timely completion while keeping accurate records. The ideal candidate has prior Make Ready or similar experience, strong repair knowledge, and the ability
