Responsibilities

• Inspect rental units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate with property managers and maintenance team to coordinate work schedules.
