Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician/Groundskeeper for Old Hundred Trace Apartments in Midlothian, VA. You will prepare apartments for move-in, perform light maintenance, and ensure the property exterior is clean and well-kept.

The position pays $21 per hour and requires teamwork, strong customer service, and basic maintenance knowledge. Weekend duties may be required. This role supports resident satisfaction and community upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team and take direction from a supervisor.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
• Some plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and appliance repair knowledge preferred.
• Previous multi-family experience requested.
• Weekend duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an apartment for move-in after the previous resident vacates.
• Repair and prepare walls, doors, trim, closets, and cabinets for painting.
• Ensure appliances and systems operate properly and report major issues.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and report unprofessional areas to management.
• Support a cohesive team environment and company direction.
