Envolve LLC in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician/Groundskeeper to prepare apartments for move-in and maintain the property's exterior. Work involves repairing, cleaning, and ensuring appliances and systems operate properly, with a focus on teamwork and resident satisfaction.

The role requires basic writing/reading skills, the ability to follow directions, and occasional weekend duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with others and take direction from a supervisor.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Some plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and appliance repair knowledge preferred.
• Previous multi-family experience requested.
• May require some weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare an apartment for move-in after the previous resident vacates it.
• Repair and prepare walls, doors, wood trim, closets, and cabinets for painting.
• Ensure proper operation of appliances and systems (stove, HVAC, etc.).
• Repair minor problems and report major problems to management.
• Install weather stripping and maintain window blinds/curtains.
• Re-key master locks and handle move-in keys.
• Maintain cleanliness and exterior appearance of the property.
