Job summary

Tonti Properties is seeking a Make-Ready team member in Colorado to prepare apartments for new residents. You will work closely with the Property Manager to restore vacated units to market-ready condition, performing cleaning, minor repairs, and painting as needed.

The role requires 1 year of general labor or trades experience, valid driver’s license, and your own tools. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with benefits including healthcare and retirement options available.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners, and more.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Own set of tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard.

Your Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll be responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
