Tonti Properties is seeking hands-on Make-Ready team members to prepare apartments for new residents. You will return vacated units to market-ready condition with attention to detail, performing cleaning, minor repairs, and painting as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general labor or skilled trades experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands.
• Proficiency with cleaning and maintenance tools.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Own set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Return vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard.
• Clean, perform minor repairs, and paint as needed.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.
