The ideal candidate has prior apartment maintenance or make-ready experience, basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while ensuring quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance/make-ready experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general apartment repairs.
• HVAC experience or certification is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have your own basic hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and complete apartment turns on schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs.
• Patch, texture, and paint walls as needed.
• Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other minor components.
• Perform basic appliance repairs and replacements.
• Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
• Change locks and hardware.
• Clean and prepare units for move-in.
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
