Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Make Ready to join our family-owned team. The Make Ready will support our residents by delivering on commitments and preparing apartments, exteriors, and common areas for occupancy. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in apartment maintenance, and reliable transportation.

Bilingual is preferred. HVAC/pool/electrical certs are a plus, and background plus drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support Make Ready and deliver commitments to residents.
• Assist in maintaining the community and Make-Ready apartments, exterior areas, and common areas.
• Perform repairs such as painting, carpet cleaning, drywall work, and tile replacement.
• Keep grounds clean and assist with exterior lighting, signage, and decor.
• Maintain pools, hot tubs, dog park, and other common areas for safety and usability.
