Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Make Ready to join our team on a full-time basis. The Make Ready will perform repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve buildings, equipment, and site at peak operation and appearance.

Responsibilities include assisting with Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas, plus tasks like painting, carpet cleaning, drywall work, and exterior signage care. A positive, team-oriented mindset is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency.
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• HVAC, pool and electrical certifications preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Make Ready provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.
• Assist in maintaining the community and completing Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas of the property.
• Repairs may include painting, carpet cleaning, drywall repairs, vinyl and ceramic tile replacement, etc.
• Assist the community in the cleanliness of the grounds.
• Performs exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance, and installation/removal of exterior signage and decorations.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe for residents.

We are accepting resumes for an experienced Make Ready tojoin our team. We are a beautiful A+ property in the heart of Dallas, Texas and looking to hire ASAP.

The right individual for this position embraces the value of a solid day’s work, can commit to a full-time schedule, possesses experience in maintenance repairs, and values being an essential part of a team.

The Make Ready will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at a reasonable level of expense. Performs direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property.

Responsibilities include:

• The Make Readyprovides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.
• Assist in maintaining the community and assists others in the completion of Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas of the property.
• Repairs maybe consist of painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, drywall repairs, both vinyl and ceramic tile replacement, etc.
• Assist the community in the cleanliness of the grounds
• Performs various functions such as exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance and repair, installation and removal of external signage and decorations
• Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe for our residents

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalency.
• Bilingual Preferred
• At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience is required
• HVAC, pool and electrical certifications preferred, but not required.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a team player attitude
