Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Make Ready to join our Rowlett, Texas team. The role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, and preparing units for residents.

The candidate should have prior apartment maintenance experience and be a reliable team player willing to work full-time. The Make Ready will handle repairs to preserve buildings, equipment, and site, including painting, tile work, and general maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalency required.
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience preferred, HVAC/pool/electrical certs preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve buildings, equipment, and site.
• Assist in completing Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas.
• Paint, carpet cleaning, drywall repairs, tile replacement and general repairs as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, and exterior areas to ensure safety and appearance.
• Replace exterior lighting, service grounds equipment, and install/remove signage and decorations.

We are accepting resumes for an experiencedMake Readyto join our team. We are a beautiful A+ property in the heart of Rowlett, Texas and looking to hire ASAP.

The right individual for this position embraces the value of a solid day's work, can commit to a full-time schedule, possesses experience in maintenance repairs, and values being an essential part of a team.

The Make Readywill perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at a reasonable level of expense. Performs direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property.

Responsibilities include:

• The Make Readyprovides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.
• Assist in maintaining the community and assists others in the completion of Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas of the property.
• Repairs maybe consist of painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, drywall repairs, both vinyl and ceramic tile replacement, etc.
• Assist the community in the cleanliness of the grounds
• Performs various functions such as exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance and repair, installation and removal of external signage and decorations
• Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe for our residents

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalency.
• Bilingual Preferred
• At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience is required
• HVAC, pool and electrical certifications preferred, but not required.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a team player attitude
