Overview

Are you someone who enjoys variety in your work? AMLI Residential is seeking new team members to join our maintenance team at luxury apartment communities in the Atlanta market.

As a Make Ready Technician at AMLI Decatur, you will dedicate your time to preparing vacated apartments for new residents and maintaining the cleanliness of the property and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with painting and drywall repairs.
• Clean common areas, amenities, and grounds daily; rake, sweep, shovel as needed; pick up trash and pet waste.
• Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, blinds, ceiling fans, and lights.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists for make-ready.
• Maintain the swimming pool and related equipment, ensuring water quality and safety standards.
• Check and repair faucets, sink plugs, replace washers, and perform exterior repairs on sinks and bathtubs as needed.
• Make new keys upon request and replace vacancy locks during resident move-in.
• Assist with trash-out procedures, including moving heavy or bulky items to dumpsters.
• Report supply needs to management or maintenance supervisor.
