Make Ready Technician

As a Make Ready Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring all vacant apartment units are move-in ready.

Overview

• Inspect the condition of all units prior to repairs, including walls, appliances, electrical, plumbing, windows/doors, and filters.
• Walk all vacant units to determine make-ready needs; ensure all trash is cleaned out before, during, and after make-ready activities.
• Perform general repairs/upkeep to vacant units before move-in, adhering to company standards; update on service needs and coordinate with the property team.
• Maintain the grounds and appearance of the property and perform general repairs in common areas as needed.
• This overview does not encompass all duties.
• Assist with hazardous weather issues, fires, floods, snow removal, freezes, etc.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of general maintenance and safety procedures
• Understanding of building maintenance and repair

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with diverse groups and customers

Work Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday-Friday (schedule may vary). Some overtime, including on-call duties, may be required.
