About the Role:

The Make Ready Technician plays a critical role in preparing residential rental units for new tenants by ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The technician will be responsible for inspecting units, identifying necessary repairs, and executing tasks that enhance the overall living experience for incoming residents. Ultimately, the Make Ready Technician ensures that each unit is move-in ready, safe, and aesthetically appealing, contributing directly to tenant satisfaction and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance manuals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
