Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with maintenance training, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; thorough in completing tasks.
• Strong communication skills; able to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
