Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to protect the physical condition of our apartment communities and complete work orders efficiently. You will help with make-readies, groundskeeping, and preventative maintenance to keep interiors and exteriors in top condition.

You’ll need a high school diploma (college degree a plus), a valid US driver’s license, and strong communication skills. We offer paid time off, holidays, health benefits, a 401(k) with matching, and disability

Qualifications

• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make-readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Compensation: $23 to $24 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
