Job summary

Reybold Group, LLC. is seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician for our Residential Maintenance Department in Bear, Delaware.

The role supports turning vacated units into market-ready homes through painting, drywall, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-keying doors, and routine safety checks. You will participate in on-call duties, assist with work orders and preventative maintenance, and work with a team to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to follow directions and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated units and complete Make Ready Checklist.
• Restore units to market-ready status, including painting, drywall, carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-keying doors, and filter changes.
• Assist with the quality control inspections as needed.
• Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Participates in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.

Essential Duties

• Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
• Perform duties to restore units to “market-ready” status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
• Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
• Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
• Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience
• Valid Driver's License

• Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
