Qualifications

• Experience in a Make Ready/Porter or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, minor repairs).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Apartment turnover: prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and appliance checks.
• Property maintenance: assist with general upkeep, including curb appeal, landscaping and trash pickup.
• Cleaning & maintenance support: clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Inspection support: assist with property inspections and safety compliance.
• Work orders: address minor maintenance tasks and report major repairs to the maintenance team.
• Resident interaction: maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents and guests.
• Team collaboration: work closely with maintenance and leasing teams for smooth operation.
