Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Maintenance procedures, Emergency Procedures and Operations manuals.
• Assess vacant unit and prepare material list.
• Complete punch lists and drywall repairs as needed.
• Check and repair windows, doors, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal; assist with preventative maintenance.
