Qualifications

• Experience with painting, drywall and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in awkward spaces.
• Comfort with lifting 50–100 pounds and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Performs painting, drywall and carpentry repairs.
• Repairs or replaces plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and window coverings.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• General cleaning and trash-out tasks at the property.
• Assists in grounds repairs and maintenance.
• Performs on-site repairs to protect property and residents.
