Falls of Braeswood Apartments in Southwest Houston is seeking a Porter/Make Ready to prepare vacant units for market readiness and support turnover repairs while keeping common areas clean. You will work with the maintenance team to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

We value team players who can follow instructions, work independently, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered to support health and well-being.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
