Two Coast Living is seeking a Painter to prepare and paint vacant apartment homes, ensuring compelling first impressions and timely make-readies. The role collaborates with Maintenance and Property Management to deliver quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

The position is on-site in Woodbury, MN, with a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday. Candidates should have at least 1 year of painting or general maintenance experience and a focus on quality, efficiency, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in painting, general maintenance, or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment units for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming surfaces.
• Complete full-unit repaints and touch-ups to support make-ready and move-in schedules.
• Apply paint with a high-quality, professional finish while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Assist with unit turns and general maintenance as needed while following all company safety policies and procedures.
