Two Coast Living is seeking a Painter to prepare and paint vacant apartments, supporting move‑in readiness and strong first impressions for residents. The role collaborates with Maintenance and Property Management to complete unit turns efficiently while upholding craftsmanship and safety.

The position is onsite in Woodbury, MN, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on‑call weekends. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of painting or related experience.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring each apartment meets company quality standards and delivers a strong first impression for incoming residents.
