Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Linden Ridge in Chesterfield, MO. You will handle resident requests, general upkeep, and preventative maintenance to keep 192 units in top condition.

You will perform make-readies, coordinate safety measures, and provide on-call emergency support. The role includes on-site responsibilities with strong safety expectations and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience; residential preferred.
• EPA universal HVAC license preferred; CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Address resident work requests and routine maintenance promptly.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
• Identify safety or upkeep issues and address them proactively.
• Perform make-readies and final checks for move-ins.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Uphold safety culture and comply with industry procedures.
