Job summary

Accelera Staffing seeks a capable Maintenance Technician for a residential apartment complex in Duluth, GA. You will execute work orders promptly, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, and perform basic carpentry as needed.

You will prepare units for move-ins, maintain grounds and amenities, respond to resident requests with courtesy, and uphold safety and compliance throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Demonstate the ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently.
• Punctuality and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for resident relations.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance work orders with speed and professionalism.
• Conduct technical repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and carpentry.
• Support the team by preparing vacant units for new move-ins.
• Maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of grounds and shared amenities.
• Deliver a positive experience by responding to resident service requests courteously.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety regulations.
