Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep a multifamily community in Douglasville, GA. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring safety compliance and timely completion of service requests.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for move-in, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months maintenance experience in residential settings.
• High school diploma preferred; trade-school certs (CAMT) preferred.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow handwritten/printed service requests and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests and vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make-ready repairs.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems as needed.
• Assist with grounds, pool, housekeeping, and inspections.
• Be available for on-call and on-site coverage as required.
