Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready in Atlanta, GA (Bexley Summerhill) to complete turn/make ready of vacant apartments and assist with ongoing property maintenance. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and on-site work with a supportive team.

Starting pay is $20/hour, rising to $21/hour with EPA certification; on-call pay, and a quarterly bonus up to $980. Benefits include rent discount, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus.
Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments.
Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed.
Work with the team to maintain property grounds daily.
Help maintain appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
Collaborate with maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
