Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready in Austin, TX. This full-time role handles turn/make-ready processes for vacant apartments, supports work orders, and maintains grounds and amenities with the maintenance team.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $20/hour, with $21/hour if EPA certified, plus on-call and quarterly bonus opportunities, PTO, and a 401(k) match. A reliable team-focused attitude is essential.

Formación

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting are a plus.
• Willing to be trained; HVAC certification not strictly required.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Complete turn/make-ready process of vacant apartments.
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed.
• Maintain property grounds and daily appearance of community.
• Help keep amenities and pool areas in good condition.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
