RISE A Real Estate Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Ivy & Elm to troubleshoot repairs, prepare apartments for new residents, and maintain an attractive, safe community. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, problem solving, and outstanding resident service to help create a welcoming student housing environment.

The position involves multi-trade repair work, coordination with the maintenance team, and participation in on-call rotations to ensure dependable service for residents

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or carpentry experience.
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Prepare apartments for new residents through high-quality make-ready work.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the community.
• Communicate with residents regarding maintenance requests and completed repairs.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation.
• Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and community team to deliver exceptional service.
