The Kamson Corporation, a premier property management company, is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated, and customer service-driven Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in Penndel, PA.

Note: Apartment may be included with the position.

Requirements

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Independent leader/manager
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with training staff

• Boiler experience a plus

• Turning apartments
