Job description

Regional Maintenance Production Supervisor

UCH is seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Maintenance Production Supervisor to manage apartment turnover for our Main Line Region. We're looking for someone with the ability to handle all aspects of maintenance.

The Regional Maintenance Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the Production Team while implementing creative and cost-effective procedures to complete Make Readies. They will also maintain a positive work environment, motivate and train the team, and cultivate a team atmosphere.

The model candidate will have hands-on experience performing all aspects of maintenance, completing move-out and move-in inspections, managing the make-ready process, maintaining after-hours coverage as needed, and maintaining time and production records.

Regional Maintenance Production Supervisor Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Assuring that new move-ins have an A+ experience
2. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the Production Team
3. Coordinating and implementing regular training and refresher sessions
4. Generating, updating, and distributing production schedule weekly
5. Communicating and scheduling with all needed vendors and contractors
6. Maintaining required records such as material usage, supplies, time, production, and other reports
7. Performing a wide range of technical maintenance and repair operations, including grounds, snow removal, HVAC, pools, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting
8. Training and developing new maintenance team members as needed
9. Completing and assisting with pre-move out, move out/Security Deposit, pre-move in, and move in inspections
10. Regular meetings with regional maintenance supervisor and property managers to discuss current and future move-outs
11. Coordinating renovations with Regional Maintenance Supervisor and Regional Property Manager

Regional Maintenance Production Supervisor Requirements:

1. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
3. Strong work ethic
4. Stable, progressive work history and 5+ years’ experience in the property maintenance industry
5. Previous management experience supervising a team
6. Valid driver’s license and vehicle
