Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to prepare units and maintain common areas, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents. You will perform make-ready cleaning, inspect models and leasing routes, and coordinate supplies to meet ZRS standards.

The role requires related experience or training, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work with supervisors and teams.

Qualifications

• Related experience, and/or training in housekeeping.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment.
• Effective communication with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Detail-oriented with time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, clubhouse, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make ready units within 3–5 business days.
• Inspect models and leasing tour route daily.
• Manage supplies and comply with Fair Housing laws.

Job Description:The position of Housekeeper is essential to ensure a good first impression of the property and our residents well-being. The Housekeeper is responsible for the preparation of units and common areas in a manner consistent with ZRS standards. The position of Housekeeper reports directly to the Property Manager.The Housekeeper's primary focus shall include but not limited to:Maintaining of common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.Preparing make ready units, which includes cleaning of all doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within three to five business days.Maintaining and requesting of supplies to perform duties.Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of all models and leasing tour route.Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.QualificationsRelated experience, and/or trainingWorking knowledge of operating cleaning equipmentAbility to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkersAbility to work cooperatively and in a teamwork environmentMust possess attention to detail, manage time effectively and adapt to change in a composed mannerAbility to maintain confidentialityWeekends as determined by Property Manager and incorporated in to work scheduleWe offer full-time, career-track positions with competitive pay, health, dental, vision and life insurance; housing discounts, vacation, paid holidays, exceptional 401k plan with employer match and much more!!!!We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerDrug Free Work PlaceZRS Management is an equal opportunity employer.
