Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Allen, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to prepare units and keep common areas clean to a high standard. You will maintain offices, restrooms, and guest suites, perform make-ready cleaning within 3–5 business days, and support stock of supplies while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Related experience or training in housekeeping.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make ready units within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain and request of supplies to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups along leasing tour route.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
