Job summary

ZRS Management LLC invites applications for a full-time Housekeeper in Austin, TX. You will prepare units and common areas to meet ZRS standards, perform make-ready tasks within three to five business days, and maintain supplies while supporting model touring routes.

The role requires related experience or training, ability to operate cleaning equipment, strong communication, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a team. Weekend scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Related experience or training in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a teamwork environment.
• Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to change.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Weekend shifts as determined by Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units including cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within three to five business days.
• Maintain and request supplies to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of models and leasing tour route.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
