Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in McKinney, TX to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The role involves preparing and maintaining units and common areas to ZRS standards, supporting residents' well-being and safety.

Responsibilities include cleaning of common areas, preparing make-ready units within 3–5 business days, stocking supplies, and performing morning inspections along leasing tour routes.

Qualifications

• Related experience or training in housekeeping or custodial work.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment.
• Good communication with supervisor and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Weekend availability as scheduled by Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units within 3–5 business days, including doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures.
• Maintain and request supplies to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of models and leasing tour route.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
