Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking a Make Ready Specialist in San Antonio, TX for a 260-unit property. You will maintain maintenance and appearance for residents and prospective residents, focusing on turnovers and turn-in readiness of vacant units.

The role includes on-call 24-hour maintenance, grounds work, and assisting with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance tasks to keep the community well-maintained and inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready/groundskeeping
• Ability to use basic tools
• Willingness to handle multiple maintenance tasks
• Proactive and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Assist in turnovers/make-readies of vacant units
• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Perform grounds work (trash pickup, light landscaping)
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative maintenance
