Red Tail Residential is hiring a Porter / Make Ready Technician for our Baltimore, MD community. The role focuses on upkeep of grounds, exteriors, and common areas, along with unit readiness and trash removal from vacants, maintaining curb appeal and a professional on-site presence.

You will support weather prep, supply management, and adhere to safety standards, with duties assigned by the community leadership. A valid driver's license and prior porter experience are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas.
• Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company.
• Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
