Responsibilities include inspecting vacant units, performing painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical tasks, and ensuring units are ready for occupancy. Tools needed include your own tools and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Own tools required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Ensure units are cleaned and ready for occupancy by new residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and property management to address issues.
