Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) in Dallas, TX is hiring dependable Apartment Make Ready Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities with top apartment management companies. Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred and tools are required.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacant units, performing painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation; ensuring units are cleaned and ready for occupancy; coordinating with maintenance and property

Qualifications

Must have own tools.
Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
General maintenance and repair knowledge.
Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry abilities.
Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
English language proficiency.
Valid ID, reliable transportation, and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of vacant units and identify repairs or improvements needed.
Perform maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
Ensure units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
Coordinate with maintenance and property management to address issues promptly.
Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
