Responsibilities include inspecting vacant units, performing painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation, and ensuring units are clean and ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Must own tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units and identify repairs or improvements.
• Perform painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and property management to address issues promptly.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
