Indigo Apartments in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for market readiness and support the maintenance team with repairs and upkeep.

The role requires at least 12 months of onsite experience, bilingual Spanish, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will maintain cleanliness of grounds and assist residents with service requests, aiming for high-quality resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of onsite maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of painting and basic makeready skills.
• Ability to rekey units and knowledge of appliances.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds (100 with assistance).
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.

Indigo Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Make Ready Technician for our apartment community in San Antonio, TX.

Duties:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Should have knowledge of painting
• Basic makeready skills
• Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
• Knowledge of appliances
• Able to frequently stand; walk for extended periods of time; push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
