Tuscany Park Apartments in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Make Ready Tech to prepare vacant units for market readiness and assist the maintenance team with repairs and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in maintenance or custodial work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This on-site role supports resident satisfaction and community upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
